    "Europe in a nutshell," writes the WSJ's Rolfe Winkler of a European court ruling that workers who get sick on vacation are legally entitled to another vacation. The ruling stems from a Spanish case, but will apply to all 27 nations of the EU. With all the talk of debt, bailouts, bank capital, it's easy to forget the elephant in the room: Can these economies compete and grow?
