    Atlantic Power (AT -4.7% to $12.67) prices a secondary offering of 5.57M shares at $12.76, raising $71M. Atlantic will use the proceeds, as well as $130M in convertible debentures it's raising, to help finance a $470M wind farm in Oklahoma. (PR)

    This is a solid company with excellent management. Their forward guidance has been right on and expansion plans have always added to the bottom line. Looks like a buying oportunity.
