Tellabs (TLAB) discloses CEO Rob Pullen, who was recently diagnosed with colon cancer, has undergone surgery, and is in the hospital in stable condition. As a result, Tellabs' board has appointed Global Products VP Dan Kelly to be the company's acting CEO. (PR)
