    While the Supreme Court opinion on healthcare is being called a drag on the retail sector by industry insiders, especially so for high-growth stories such as Chipotle (CMG -4.6%), Starbucks (SBUX -2.1%), and Dunkin' Brands (DNKN -3.2%), NBG's Brian Sozzi suggests a way to trade the news. He throws out WAG, CVS, and TGT as retail names that already have their employee structure in place and could be good long-term plays under the current retail environment.

    Agree, it is curious. Especially listed is SBUX where I believe they have a comprehensive health care plan for employees. I don't follow the other 2 listed. Retailers are justifiably concerned about pricing power, but the larger growth firms surely have plans in place. Are they trying to help the little guys? Not likely. I too am missing something here.

    Aah, that may shed some light—will SBUX’s and others’ employee-insurance policy be affected by the approval of P-PACA? (I cynically would simply expect the corporations to drop employee coverage if so.) Investors may be reacting to that sort of question, though I still think it is a bet of a stretch, insurance and pharmaceuticals seem to be the most likely affected companies.
