Shares were purchased at an average price of $9.34 (today's close $9.81), for a total cost of $85.4M. Since 2011 Q3, the company has bought back 9.9% of the float at an average price of $8.30, adding $0.44 to the NAV ($15.71 on March 31). (PR)
