Friday, June 29, 2012, 10:14 AM ETGeneral Dynamics (GD +3.5%) acquires the Ship Repair and Coatings Division of Earl Industries, a ship repair company that supports the U.S. Navy fleet in Norfolk, Virginia and Mayport, Florida. The financial terms were not disclosed, but GD expects the deal to be accretive to earnings in FY13.
