A hardware-centric approach isn't enough for many companies deploying virtualized servers, and Quest's virtualization backup and management solutions fill a major hole in Dell's arsenal. However, Evercore's Rob Chira is concerned integrating Quest's diverse product line, the result of several acquisitions, won't be easy.
