OMG. There are only two mines on the planet (outside China) shipping product: LYNAS and MCP.
To lump REE in this category is sheer stupidity or fraud. REE's principals have been involved with numerous 'pump and dump' operations out of Toronto. Due diligence on the part of the savvy investor is imperative.
