Facebook's (NASDAQ:FB) latest idea for boosting ad revenue: mobile news feed ads that target consumers based on the apps they use. Like its plans for delivering mobile ads based on a user's location, and PC ads based on a user's web browsing, this concept might not go over well with privacy advocates.
