A federal court denies Samsung's (SSNLF.PK) request for an immediate stay on the injunction...

    A federal court denies Samsung's (SSNLF.PK) request for an immediate stay on the injunction placed on the Galaxy Tab 10.1 at Apple's (AAPL) request. The denial isn't a major problem for Samsung, given the 10.1's limited U.S. sales, but one for the ban on the Galaxy Nexus would be. Google (GOOG) is working on a software update for the Nexus to sidestep the ban, one that would eliminate its local search feature. This feature has long been implemented by countless other phones and PC apps. Update: A stay on the Galaxy Nexus ban has been granted.

    I'd like to see your reaction to a patent being stolen if it was your own. People like you cry because it's just another big business looking like a bully.

    Perhaps I should start patenting shapes - and that what Apple has done. Apple has literally domain over anything that resembles a black rectangle with a one button home screen. It's absolutely ridiculous.

    Samsung is guilty, and Apple will likely carve a slice out of them. The poster here dissing Apple is probably working for Samsung, at least indirectly. I have noticed a lot of phony attacks against Apple recently. Since Apple's dominance and success is an existential threat to about 30 major tech companies, it is to be expected that their paid reps will be dissing Apple as much as possible.

    Want to buy a Samsung tablet anyone? Yes, they will sell some, but only to people who cant afford $100 more for a much better product. That is it. Samsung is a great company but a notch below Apple always. And yes they do rip off Apple. It is their obsession in fact. Who invented the tablet and smart phone? Not Samsung. Apple did. Enuf said.

    In fact, there was a number of companies who released tablet PCs long before the iPad. For a complete list check out http://bit.ly/MRBKfe

    The idea that Apple was the first to the smart phone race is even more ridiculous. I'm not even going to attempt to argue that.

    Apple did copy others ideas but just put it in a shiny box. Good marketing in my opinion.

    I don't work for Samsung, or any rep company by the way. I do this in my spare time.
