    Valero Energy (VLO -1%) and LyondellBasell (LYB -0.2%) are interested in buying Petrobras' refinery in Pasadena, Tex., a Brazilian newspaper reports without saying how it got the information. PBR is seeking to sell the plant as part of a divestment plan that includes selling another refinery in Japan and its 49% stake in an Argentine energy distributor.
