CYS Investments (CYS) announces a secondary offering of 30M shares, granting an option to the underwriters to purchase an additional 4.5M shares. The company also announces Q2 earnings estimates, expecting June 30 book value to be $13.50-13.54/share (today's close $14.14). Shares -2.4% AH. (PR #1, PR #2)

Bought at 13.80.. Waiting for al to annoounce an buy ! Bough CIM at 2.28 and AGNC sale today at 35.11 and back in at 34.51

mreits in sweet spot and fed not going anywhere till 2015 minimum

antiqueron, seems AGNC did power higher. Sold in mid 35s yesterday and then back in AH @ 34.50.. So, grabbing the 11% ( if) was giving up 12% more easily and having 1.25 too..... This current seems to be saying underwriters will be getting around book .I option for more at book !
