    This isn't your grandparents' Wendy's (WEN +2.4%) anymore. After maintaining a rather stoic image over the years, the restaurant chain is undergoing a major transformation with lounge seating, flat-screen TVs, Wi-Fi, and digital menu boards all part of the new look.     if there are good and not so good PE firms, I'd like to believe Peltz & co belongs to the former. They are willing to invest in their holdings and hold them long term, instead of trying to suck them dry. So $WEN may not be overnight sensation, it is definitely not a fly by night
