The scoop is hardly surprising, given chairman Fred Amoroso's support for Levinsohn, and Jason Kilar's apparent lack of interest in the job. As interim CEO, Levinsohn has been busy putting his mark on Yahoo, shaking up management, settling a patent feud with Facebook, and striking a flurry of content deals.
