The settlement will result in VirnetX receiving a one-time licensing fee and future royalties on sales of Mitel's enterprise IP communications hardware. The agreement follows a similar licensing deal with Aastra in May, and comes as VirnetX remains locked in disputes with Apple, Cisco, and NEC. (PR)
