Monday, July 16, 2012, 8:55 AM ETAnadarko Petroleum (APC) +1% premarket after shares are upgraded to Outperform at Credit Suisse, which says APC has been trading at a "wide discount to intrinsic value" because of its role as a joint owner in BP's Macondo well leak in 2010 and because of litigation surrounding Tronox. "There are signs that a reasonable settlement [with Tronox] can be reached," the firm says.
