Its the secondary and its trading at a huge premium to book value for a REIT. So you aren't losing anything with only 1.8% down.

All the way back up to 34.89 @ 1:59 this afternoon.
If you bought some @ 33.89 just after the secondary was
issued you'd be doin' fine. [and on your road to a nice dividend
in September].
