    Senior Housing Properties Trust (SNH) prices $350M of senior 30-year bonds with a 5.625% coupon. Yield-starved investors again - the size of the deal was bumped from an original amount of $100M. Part of the proceeds will be used to prepay a Fannie Mae loan with current rate of 6.38%. (PR)

    Other than, possibly, an institutional investor, I have a difficult time finding a reason not to prefer the common.
