We have to prove to the left that it wasn't a "war for oil." It's a "damned if you do, damned if you don't" situation. Either way the US is weakened and the left is happy and more energized to go to the polls for Obama in November.

I would love to see what is attractive about the hologram that is Romney, but like Philly and W.C. Fields comment, there is nothing there. To say that a "business" type has a better grip on economics and what to do is of course ridiculous. Gov. Jindal commented he would rather have a successful business guy in the WH than an unsuccessful one. Hoover was good at business. Truman was a failure at haberdashery. Take your choice Bobby another pol with a faint grasp of history if that. But Obama is not much pumpkin either. He could have prosecuted everybody in sight in the financial industry. He could have twisted away from the grasp of that group on American economic policy but both parties are in bed with them to the exclusion of the rest of us. Oh, they mouth pieties to the base and the former Republican wing of the one party system is now captive to the insane while the Dems are the moderate wing. Apres moi l'deluge.
