Kahn Swick & Foti, LLL and the Attorney General of Louisiana, on behalf of shareholders, have filed a securities class action against MAKO Surgical Corp. The law suit affects shareholders who bought shares from January 9, 2012 and May 7, 2012. I had shares of MAKO, but I want to do business with a corporation that is either taking actions that the SEC doesn't approve of or is misinforming their share holders. Money isn't everything.

Ignore those things - they always do that on ANY negative surprise. However, on positive surprises they don't do it ;P. It has become meaningless and only serves to promote the name of those firms with exceptions when real fraud is involved. Do never trust a lawyer ;P

I had option naked put MAKO 10 contract Aug 18@22.5 strike price and premium is $1.3 now $9.2 so if I buy to close this transaction I will loose around $8000 please let me know what can I do????

You have always to be ready to get puts assigned. Take the shares and wait it out - that way it is only a paper loss and I am certain MAKO will come back. I am NOT selling my shares - I even bought more.
