Monday, July 23, 2012, 12:58 PM ETRussia's Rosneft signs an agreement with Italy's Eni (E -4%) to finance exploration at two offshore fields in the Arctic and one in the Black Sea, advancing a cooperation deal signed in April. Eni's investment will be returned from the project's cash flows once production is launched. Rosneft recently has signed a number of deals with foreign firms, including XOM and STO.
