Tuesday, July 24, 2012, 6:21 PM ETCoinstar (CSTR) -1.1% AH following Netflix's (NFLX) Q2 report, which featured an 850K Q/Q decline in DVD subs. Earlier today, Coinstar and Verizon (VZ) provided details about their streaming JV. The service will be called Redbox Instant by Verizon, will be run by Verizon exec Shawn Strickland, will focus on movies rather than TV shows (unlike Netflix), and will come packaged with Redbox kiosk rentals. No pricing info has been announced.
