Break up the big banks and bring back Glass-Steagall, says Sandy Weill - the man for whom the law was repealed in the first place. Appearing on Squawk Box, Weill tells the crew if banks want to be in the high-flying investment banking area, that part of the business should be separately capitalized from the deposit-taking, loan-making operations.
