Thursday, July 26, 2012, 10:41 AM ETMetroPCS (PCS +33.3%) soars after delivering a Q2 report that beat depressed expectations. The discount carrier lost 186K subs during the quarter and saw churn rise 30 bps to 3.4%, but the Street was already expecting such figures. But it might not have expected MetroPCS' ARPU to edge higher to $40.62, its cost per gross addition to fall $44 Q/Q to $191, or its adjusted EBITDA to increase $215M Q/Q to $477M. LEAP +9.1% in sympathy. (PR)
