In order to receive EU approval for its $1.9B acquisition of EMI's (C) recorded music arm, Universal Music (VIVHY.PK) is reportedly ready to sell EMI's iconic Parlophone label, home to the Beatles, Queen and Coldplay, although Universal will look to keep the first two acts.
