Friday, July 27, 2012, 5:33 PM ETBP says it may build a railroad loading system at its Cherry Point, Wash., refinery to ship cheap Bakken crude oil in place of some Alaskan North Slope crude currently processed there, as well as export other fuels and chemicals. Tesoro (TSO) is already building a rail unloading system at its Pacific Northwest for the same purpose.
