    VirnetX (VHC +9.8%) jumps after filing a petition asking the ITC to review a judge's July 18 decision to terminate the investigation of a patent infringement complaint against Apple on procedural grounds. VirnetX, which had a short ratio of 12.5 as of July 13, shares crashed last week following a critical column from SA author Special K.
