Monday, July 30, 2012, 1:49 PM ETDuPont (DD -0.1%) could have to pay up to $235M for programs that monitor the onset of diseases linked to the C8 chemical among Mid-Ohio Valley residents. The committee was formed in 2005 as part of a settlement to a lawsuit that alleged that water supplies in Ohio and West Virginia were contaminated by DuPont.
