Marathon Oil (MRO +0.4%) CEO Clarence Cazalot says the company is focused on staying within its cash flow, but he expects to keep production steady in areas where it plans to reduce rigs. MRO will drop 18-20 rigs in the Eagle Ford shale, where its production jumped 50% in Q2, but Cazalot says efficiency has improved so much there that it doesn't expect to drill fewer wells.
