    Tye Burt's removal from the helm at Kinross Gold (KGC), while not surprising, raises speculation that the company could have some fresh bad news for investors. That was the case with Barrick, which reported a massive cost overrun at its Pascua-Lama mine shortly after Aaron Regent's firing. Some see negative guidance coming on the Tasiast project; others say it's already priced in.
