Monday, August 6, 2012, 2:41 PM ETThe U.S. Department of Transportation allows Enbridge (ENB +0.9%) to restart its Line 14, which leaked 1,000 barrels of oil in Wisconsin last month. The agency says ENB agreed to extra safety precautions before being allowed to restart the 467-mile line, including restricting line pressure to 80% of that used at the time of failure.
