So yesterday I added into my ARR common which complements my ARR preferred. I'm really very happy that I'll hopefully be able to keep them both through 2014.
This AM looking for a new offering, I checked out my handy dandy Quantum On Line. What did I find? I found ,Glimcher Real Estate 7.50%,CYS 7.75%,DX 8.50%,AG MORTGAGE 8.25%,APOLLO COMM. REAL ESTATE. These are the first 5 offerings on the new issues.
Instead of being happy with all the choices,I got a little nervous. ARR putting out 90 million shares in a month,along with the other MREITS & BDF'S putting out so much new stock. Can this be the beginning of the push forward to the economic end? Is the various managements trying to put together as much cash as they can before the sky falls. Although I sold a small amount of my TWO & all of my ARCC as I've already locked in the dividend & replaced them with PMT for the EX date that is next week.
Go know that all of a sudden a long term hold is 2 weeks. Am I nuts or what? This is not what the Golden Years are supposed to be about. Or is this the new normal?

I'm beginning to think I am nuts. I sold on 7/31 at 7.78, and bought it back on 8/3 at 7.48. Today, I am getting killed.
