    On the hook in event of a bankruptcy, a unit of MBIA (MBI) challenges in court Stockton, CA's filing, saying the city has not negotiated with creditors in good faith and has given preferential treatment to CalPERS. Assured Guaranty (AGO) has raised the same issues, but has yet to file such in court.
