    Zynga (ZNGA) has reportedly made equity grants to employees after its Q2 catastrophe, an event that likely rendered many stock options worthless. Shareholders won't appreciate the dilution, but Zynga might have little choice, given the white-hot market for technical talent in the Bay Area. Nokia (NOK) recently increased the size of its 2012 stock option grants in response to a plunging stock price.
