He also spots the USDA upping China's corn production to 200 MMT from 195 last month, and dropping Chinese imports to 2 MMT from 5 MMT ... "but when has the USDA been right about Chinese imports."

All of us sheeple in the MId West will be buying.
I thought the same thing, even though I'm not in the Midwest... I can look at a soil moisture chart and know if I see a problem. I can't imagine how any non-irrigated field in Iowa is producing anything.
Maybe they are only surveying the irrigated farmland...?
