Bullplop. Bernanke is afraid that congress wouldn't allow him to inflate as significantly as he has. But it's always good to use the false argument to avoid any real analysis.

The best bet is to do exactly the opposite of what Helicopter Ben recommends. He lives in an academic bubble and doesn't get that his policies are corrupt and rapidly destroying the nation's wealth and future.
