    ATP Oil & Gas (ATPG) files to delay its 10-Q due to the inability to file without unreasonable effort and expense. Reports of a pending bankruptcy by the company surfaced earlier today, when the stock was halted over headlines that the oil exploration company had arranged debtor-in-possesion financing.
