what is their identity or focus? they are drifting into common restaurant territory
they have wildly over expanded in china and europe at the worst time just as both are slowing. I recently traveled around europe and was surprised to see so many sbux shops mixed in with local coffee places. their coffee is mediocre and expensive and there is stiff competition and changing metrics from K-cups
