The firm thinks AT&T and Verizon are delaying plans to support voice-over-LTE (VoLTE) on their 4G networks by at least 6 months. It believes Verizon might wait until 2014, and AT&T longer.. That's a negative for Acme, whose session border controllers handle VoLTE traffic, but not traditional voice traffic. AT&T and Verizon's soft capex has already led Acme to warn repeatedly over the last 12 months.
