    Velti (VELT +8.1%) is rallying today, possibly thanks to bullish weekend columns from SA's Ted Stamas and Bret Jensen. Stamas likes the mobile ad agency's valuation (~10x estimated 2012 EPS), and also a recent ad deal with Disney. Jensen considers Velti to be inexpensive relative to mobile ad peer Millennial Media (MM).

    Every time it rallies, sellers appear in droves. The Company is very slow paying it suppliers and has had cash flow problems. Beware.
