    VirnetX (VHC) -3.5% AH after the ITC decides not to review an administrative law judge's decision to end an investigation into a patent infringement complaint against Apple (AAPL), citing a "lack of standing." VirnetX had filed a petition asking for the decision to be overturned. (ITC ruling - PDF)

    $VHC is refiling this complaint. This has no bearing on the court case in Tyler Texas being held in November, 2012. No worries.

    I agree with the comment above. And look at how the Court has punished Apple for the deplorable behavior of its attorney at last week's deposition. The two options the court has given Apple will seriously harm Apple's defense against VHC's allegations. If Apple does not settle, it will go to trial seriously wounded by those punishing court options. I love seeing the little guy (VHC) kicking the big guy's butt, especially since the little guy is really little and the big guy is really big, now the biggest company in history!
