    VirnetX (VHC) responds to the ITC decision not to review its patent infringement case against Apple (AAPL), saying it will re-file its complaint. In a statement, the company says its still believes in the merits of the case and "will continue to defend against any unauthorized use of our intellectual property by all means available."

    VHC Stock is done, shorts did their job, I see $18- $19, then rise a bit as we get closer to trial dates..,then run for the hills as the shorts will do it again, but on a smaller level.
