    U.S. officials say that Iraq will receive its first batch of Lockheed Martin's (LMT -0.5%) F16s that it acquired in September 2014. Washington agreed last year to sell 36 F-16 jets to Baghdad in a multi-billion-dollar deal aimed at increasing the capabilities of Iraq’s fledgling air force, a weak point in its national defenses.

    Great for Iraq and even though the US knows their fronting for their buddies in Iran.. Wonder how much of OPECs # 2 country Iraq is actually Iranian oil. We all now know for sure that Iraq is helping with washing the dollars......

    Yep, Iran finally won the Iraq/Iran war ! Took a lot of very precious US blood and trillions of your tax dollars,but, Iran won nonetheless ! DL

    OK we spent a gazillion dollars and caused the death of hundreds of thousands of people in the war against Iraq, because they had "weapons of mass destruction" and now we are giving them weapons of mass destruction?
    Is there any explanation for this??
