    Pfizer (PFE) and Mylan (MYL) agree to an exclusive long-term strategic collaboration to develop, manufacture, distribute and market generic drugs in Japan. Under the terms of the agreement, PFE will focus on the commercialization of the combined generics portfolio, plus marketing and sales. MYL will manage operations, R&D and manufacturing.
