    The jury handling the Apple-Samsung trial has begun reading its verdict. Thus far, over a dozen Samsung (SSNLF.PK) devices have been ruled to be infringing on multiple Apple (AAPL) patents. One patent covers scrolling, and another multi-touch gestures. (live blog)

  • Wait and see, this will backlash against AAPL in the coming months. Most people I talk to (and see) have stopped buying AAPL products because the integration between devices is too much of a hindrance- and they like Galaxy better!

  • In the past Microsoft stole a lot from Apple and got away with it. I am glad to see that finally a company is being held accountable. Although this case will probably be appealed and dragged out for 5 years. Patents need to be enforced or the whole patent system will break down.
