    More on ECB bond purchases: The complexity of the issue and time constraints make it unlikely Draghi will unveil any detailed plans next week, say bank-watchers at Commerzbank and JPMorgan. Toss in the Sept. 12 German Constitutional Court ruling on the legality of the ESM, and it makes even more sense for the ECB to be short on details.

    He needs to follow Ben's plan: Just threaten QE every time he opens his mouth. That'll keep the markets up regardless of the economies- worked here like a charm!

    Details from the ECB, EU, or any EU bureaucrat ..... when have they ever done anything like that?????

    Or would that be like Jean Claude Juncker and his explanations to the press that he could lie about anything as he knew what was in the best interest of the EU.

    Wasn't it Richard Nixon and his crew that expounded that same political philosophy, way back when.
