    Norwegian oil drillers at services firm KCA Deutag reach a wage deal at the last minute and avert a strike at two key North Sea facilities. It would have been the second stoppage within just two months in Norway's oil and gas industry. Workers agreed to a 4.5% wage hike and a one-off cash supplement of 3,641 krones ($630).
