Facebook (NASDAQ:FB) +1.9% AH after disclosing in an 8-K Mark Zuckerberg has no plans to sell any shares for at least 12 months. In addition, directors Mark Andreessen and Donald Graham have no plans to sell save for tax-payment purposes. All three will be eligible to sell following this fall's lockup expirations.
