The clothing retailer also boosts FY12 guidance for a second time, now projecting an EPS of $0.96 to $0.98 per share on around $290M to $292M in revenue, and announces its CEO and founder, John De Meritt, has decided to retire. Current president Neill Davis will assume the role in January. Shares -4.6% AH.
