    A former top exec from PepsiCo (PEP) publicly backs Mayor Michael Bloomberg's plan to curb soda intake in NYC. David Burwick is now the president of Weight Watchers North America (WTW), leading at least a few cynics to question the wisdom of keeping potential customers lean.
